d-d-dangerous!
Probably the most dangerous looking of all of Traxxas' models is the Traxxas Nitro 4-Tec 3.3. This sleek sports-car model comes ready-to-run and can reach incredible speeds of up to 75mph. This top speed makes it the fastest ready-to-run RC Car model created to date. A Nitro-fuelled RC Car, the 4-Tec 3.3 boasts Traxxas' newest 3.3 engines that gives a 50% boost in horsepower under the curve, and a 60% boost when you push your RC cars limits at top speeds. This increase in torque translates to smooth, linear power output with better performance across the entire RPM range.
Bringing Sexy Back
As well as speed, looks are everything when it comes to this beauty. With a body that somewhat resembles something Batman would drive and complex, detailed, sleek graphics, the Nitro 4-Tec 3.3 is definitely dressed to impress. However, not only is it a beautiful car, but the power of the new 3.3 engine translates into the design, with the tip of the blue-coiled motor poking through the top of the car in a blatant show of power and machismo. With much of the graphics revamped to give the 4-Tec a hot new look, there's also the classic appeal of its 2.0 Mesh wheels. The impeccable design of this car will make you the envy of RC car enthusiasts the world over. On Road Or Off, The Jato Can Handle Any Environment
The Jato 3.3 won't discriminate and cop out on rough terrain, either. The versatility of its 2-speed torque, Revo-spec GTR shocks, and zero-bump steer-suspension allows it to maintain maneuverability and handling on and off the track, despite it's racetrack roots.
Jato Rips Into The Lead
Another beneficiary (as well as the Traxxas Revo 3.3) of Traxxas' new and improved TRX 3.3 engine is the RC nitro stadium Traxxas Jato 3.3. Pulling in shining reviews, the Jato 3.3 is much faster than your typical RC on-road car, reaching top speeds of 65 mph. And for those of you who're impatient waiting to get to those top speeds, the Jato 3.3 goes from 0-60 mph in only 4.2 seconds. As it does with all other upgraded Traxxas models, the new 3.3 engine has 50% more overall torque under the curve, and 60% more horsepower at full acceleration. As well as the new and improved engine, all other components (including the Jato's high-grade metric hex hardware and blue-anodized aluminum tuned pipe) are hardwired to deliver maximum speed, durability and performance.
Rustler Gives Results
It's not all about looks, however. The Rustler doesn't leave anything to be desired in terms of performance either. The Rustler comes with the TRX 2.5 Racing engine, which may a bit weaker in terms of horsepower than the new TRX 3.3 engine, but still gives 'er better than your average RC Trucks. And with additional hop-ups (like a simple clutch-bell change) you can add more torque to your Rustler.
The Rustler comes ready-to-run with a tune pipe exhaust system, double deck T-6 aluminum and composite chassis, a Magnum 281 transmission with ball bearings, adjustable easy-to-change gear ratios, powerful disc brakes, extra long fibre-composite suspension arms and... breathe here, extra long high-volume oil-filled Ultra Shocks. This wide array of parts and specs offered deliver excellent handling because of proper weight distribution and precisely engineered geometric suspension. Speaking of great RC electric trucks check out the traxxas slash 4x4.
Customize
It's not just a hobby for truggy-lovers, the nitro fuelled HPI RS4 definitely turns up the heat at the track. With the choice of a wide array of HPI bodies (including a Lamborghini Gallarado and Dodge Viper, mmm...) you can go for a wide or narrow, depending on preference. Plus, you can convert your love for the super-fast sexy
cars you drool over at the lot into the body of your new RC car.
cars you drool over at the lot into the body of your new RC car.Sound Construction
The solid platform comes preassembled on a 2.5mm thick purple anodized 6061 aluminum chassis, while a shaft drivetrain and pre-cut foam bumper prevents any serious damage from flinging pebbles as you tear up the track. The engine's nothing to scoff at either. The car features full 4WD and the new HPI T-15 engine which features a large heatsink head, 2 needle adjustments and ABC construction. Also, a limited-slip front differential makes sure your ride will run easy and won't give you any nasty surprises in the form of bad handling at the track.

An added perk is the addition of a complete set of rubber-sealed ball bearings, so you won't have to worry about metal brushings wearing down your drive shaft, making it harder to upgrade your bearings in the future. The car comes stock with D-Compound X-Pattern tires which grip excellently on the track, and pretty well anywhere else you want to go.
Oil Issues?
Because there are sometimes complaints
over the quality of the shock oil supplied by HPI Racing, instead you can invest in some 30w Associated oil to get a better quality run.
Roger That
Like all HPI vehicles, the RS4 Evo comes with an Airtronics radio system to ensure you and your RS4 have a proper command and obey relationship.
